It’s more important than ever to have a strong niche: Niching is not only how you find clients but it's how clients find you. I've grown my business in several areas, but I wouldn't still be in business if I didn't niche when I first started. All the opportunities I've had resulted from the first opportunity to make money in my niche - matching clients with the right VA. Notice how specific that is. Not just any VA, but the right VA. Before discovering my niche, my clients were piecemeal and I went through feast and famine cycles.
