Bootstrapping: Bootstrapping simply means you're going to use your existing resources to promote your business. There is no need to spend money to promote your business. Because you’re just getting your business off the ground, you probably don’t have a clear picture of who your ideal client is or what messaging is most effective to acquire them. Until you answer those critical questions, paid marketing is likely to be ineffective. I don’t want you throwing money down the drain! There’s so, so much you can with the free resources available online.
Setting marketing goals: Marketing goals aren't the same as client goals. Much like your networking goals, you need to break them down into clear, measurable objectives that are aligned with your overall business goals.
Remember: This is a particularly important time to remember that the average EVA can only manage 3-5 executive clients at a time. None of your goals should be to reach "as many people as possible".
